Dalail al-Khayrat Complete1.3.2 - Google Play

Dalail al-Khayrat is a book containing salawat (blessings) upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, compiled by Imam Muhammad ibn Sulayman al-Jazuli. These salawat are commonly recited by Muslim communities during Islamic celebrations.

Among students of Islamic sciences and practitioners of Sufi orders (tariqa), Dalail al-Khayrat is a highly renowned wird (regular devotional recitation). It is traditionally transmitted through an ijazah, a chain of teaching passed down from teacher to student with a clear chain of transmission (sanad). The teacher who grants this authorization is called a mujiz. When an ijazah is given, it usually includes the full chain of transmission connecting back to the author of this book, Sheikh Muhammad ibn Sulayman al-Jazuli.

This Complete Offline Dalail al-Khayrat app contains a collection of salawat directed to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. There are various ways to recite it. Most commonly, people follow the daily division known as hizb, starting from Monday's reading through to the second Monday, ending with a closing prayer (khatam). Some people complete the entire recitation in a single day, and some scholars even complete it after every obligatory prayer, meaning it is completed five times a day.

The well-known virtue of practicing Dalail al-Khayrat among those who regularly recite it is that prayers and wishes are said to be answered swiftly. However, practitioners are encouraged to recite it purely to draw closer to Allah (taqarrub ila Allah), without expecting any worldly reward, as a true expression of sincerity. Wallahu a'lam.
